1. Acceptance of the service

By browsing, creating an account, registering a business, posting content, or using Bitsy Maps tools, you accept these Terms of Service, the Privacy Notice, and the Cookie Policy. If you act on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. What Bitsy Maps is

Bitsy Maps is a platform for presenting, managing, and discovering information about local businesses. It may include public profiles, branches, hours, maps, contact details, catalogs, posts, events, promotions, reservations, policies, loyalty, reviews, metrics, and internal tools for businesses.

The platform makes information visible and organized, but it is not a provider, agent, representative, partner, insurer, employer, financial intermediary, or guarantor of the businesses, users, products, services, events, promotions, reservations, or benefits posted by third parties.

3. Information posted by businesses and users

Each business and each user is responsible for the information, images, prices, availability, hours, promotions, replies, reviews, posts, policies, benefits, inventories, external links, and any other content they upload, submit, or maintain on Bitsy Maps.

• Businesses must keep their information up to date, truthful, verifiable, and compliant with the law.
• Users must post honest content that is their own or authorized, without impersonation, abuse, threats, discrimination, spam, malware, or infringement of third-party rights.
• We may hide, limit, reformat, unpublish, or remove content when it appears false, risky, illegal, abusive, misleading, offensive, unsafe, duplicate, or contrary to these terms.

4. Transactions outside the platform

Bitsy Maps is not a party to the purchases, sales, payments, deliveries, appointments, reservations, professional services, diagnoses, treatments, repairs, events, warranties, returns, cancellations, claims, or agreements made between users and businesses. Any dispute must be resolved directly between the parties involved, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Promotions, coupons, loyalty, policies, and reservations

Benefits, coupons, stamps, memberships, policies, packages, reservations, events, and promotions are defined and fulfilled by the business that publishes them. Bitsy Maps may display, sort, or record that information, but it does not guarantee availability, quality, price, validity, safety, outcome, fulfillment, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Accounts, security, and permitted use

You must protect your credentials, keep your account details accurate, and notify us if you detect unauthorized access. You may not interfere with the operation of the platform, attempt to access others' accounts or systems, scrape data abusively, bypass controls, introduce malicious code, perform unauthorized reverse engineering, or use Bitsy Maps for unlawful purposes.

7. Third-party services and external links

The platform may link to maps, social networks, payment gateways, messaging services, business websites, email providers, storage, technical analytics, or other third parties. Those services have their own rules and practices; Bitsy Maps does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, changes, charges, errors, or damages.

8. Availability and external attacks

We work to keep the service available and secure, but no system is infallible. Bitsy Maps does not guarantee continuous operation, absence of errors, permanent compatibility, full data recovery, or freedom from interruptions, attacks, fraud, unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, infrastructure failures, loss of connectivity, force majeure, or acts of third parties.

9. Disclaimer of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitsy Maps disclaims liability for content posted by users or businesses; errors, omissions, or outdated information; decisions made based on the platform; damages arising from third-party products or services; breaches by businesses or users; disputes between third parties; external links; data loss; interruptions; fraud; cyberattacks; viruses; malware; phishing; impersonation; misuse of accounts; and any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, reputational, commercial, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual property

The brand, design, software, structure, databases, interfaces, and components of Bitsy Maps belong to their owners or licensors. Content you post remains yours or the rightful owner's, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, transferable to technical providers, to host, display, reproduce, adapt to platform formats, distribute within the service, and promote related profiles or results.

11. Suspension or termination

We may suspend, limit, or cancel accounts, profiles, posts, or features if there is a risk of abuse, fraud, breach, illegal activity, harm to third parties, attack, investigation, request from an authority, or technical impact. You may also stop using the platform and request the deletion of your data in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

12. Changes and contact
